Brazil Santos - Medium RoastLow acidity with a good body and very clean to the palate.

Columbia Supremo - Medium RoastFull-bodied and medium acidity. Rich in flavour and roasted in a smooth even colour.

Columbia Excelso - Medium RoastCups the same as Supremo but is visually a smaller bean.

Peru Chanchamayo - Medium RoastMild character, good aroma and very gentle acidity.

Papau New Guinea - Medium RoastMedium body, Slightly less body then a Sumatra, sweet and plesant aroma when brewed.

CENTRAL AMERICA

Costa Rica Tarrazu - Light RoastExquisite acidity and a clean taste.

Guatemala Anitgua - Medium RoastExcellent acidity, medium to full body, rich in flavour. Spicy, bright and distinctive.

Celebes Kalossi - Dark RoastHeavy body and smooth texture,as well as a deep earthy mushroomy sweetness and a hint of fruit.

Java Estate - Medium RoastMedium body, good acidity with slight earth notes.

AFRICAN

Ethiopian Yirgacheffe - Dark RoastSoft, delicate winey mocha flavour. Very low natural caffeine content.

Kenya 'AA' - Dark RoastThe finest of the African coffees, high acidity and average body like the dryness of some wines.It has a very distinctive aroma with a dry, winey aftertaste.

Zimbabwe 'AA' - Dark RoastThis has a fruity acidity and good aroma with a slight peppery flavour.
